VegFest Colorado
In 2022, Indoor Cat Events became the proud new owners of VFCO! This event has always meant so much to our two food truck businesses over the years, and has held such a special place in our hearts.
What the previous owners, Ann and Peter, have established, planned, promoted and worked for 10+ years has been, without question, a hugely impactful event for our community. It goes without saying that we have a lot to live up to, and we’re incredibly honored to carry on what they have so selflessly created.
2025 Dates: June 8 & September 28 on Auraria Campus!
Vegan Nights
Established in 2019, Indoor Cat Events hosts monthly vegan takeovers at local Colorado spaces!
Join us the 2nd Thursdays April-Oct at Stick & Feather located in the York Street Yards! 5:30-8:30pm
All Vegan Nights are free to attend.
Vegan Pop Ups
April 24 + Aug 21: Vegan BBQ at Ratio Beerworks Overland, 5-8pm.
June 5: Pride Party at Ratio Beerworks Overland, 5-8pm.
Oct 30: HALLOWEEEGAN BASH at Ratio Beerworks Overland, 5-8pm.
Denver & Boulder Holiday Market info coming late summer/early fall.

At VegFest Colorado, we believe in
VEGAN FOR ALL.
All, as in for health, animal welfare, environmental concerns, & all of the other great reasons to advocate for an increasingly vegan world.
And, all is in for everyone here right now. If you’re reading this, we mean you! Why? Because we believe that veganism extends kindness to all life, including to one another. With this in mind, we aim to make VegFest Colorado an open, warm, and welcoming space whether you are a lifelong vegan, just beginning to get curious about veganism (and would like to learn more), or anywhere in between.
