There will be numbered flags and VegFest staff members to help you find your spot if you are lost. WE ARE HERE TO HELP! Please find a staff member with a blue STAFF lanyard before reaching out to Helen & Natalie.

If you have worked with us before, the center rows are arranged a little differently this year. The outline below will be useful to you!

• ROW A: You are facing inward AKA towards the Tivoli Building/Turnhalle.

• ROW B: You are facing Row A (with a narrow walkway between Rows A & B set up back to back).

• ROW C: You are facing the Tivoli Building/Turnhalle and are back-to-back with Row A. There should be space behind you so as not to overcrowd your neighbors but not so much space that it could be confused with a walkway. Our staff and the flagged spots will be there to help you!

• ROW D: You are facing Row C (with a narrow walkway between Rows C & D set up back to back).

• ROW E: You are facing the Tivoli Building/Turnhalle and are back-to-back with Row D. There should be space behind you so as not to overcrowd your neighbors but not so much space that it could be confused with a walkway. Our staff and the flagged spots will be there to help you!
