With 200 hours, 5 years of personal yoga practice and 2 years of teaching experience, Kelsie Shelby is deeply committed to making yoga accessible to all bodies. “Through my journey, I’ve come to understand that yoga is not about perfection, but about presence, breath, and self-acceptance. I’ve completed 200 hours of teacher training and am currently deepening my knowledge through a 500-hour program, which allows me to continue learning and evolving in my practice and teaching.
My approach to yoga is rooted in compassion and mindfulness, and I aim to create a safe, nurturing space where everyone can find their own path to wellness. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, my classes are designed to meet you where you are—honoring your body, your pace, and your unique journey.
I believe that yoga is for every body, and my goal is to offer tools for empowerment, healing, and peace. I’m here to guide you through mindful movement, helping you reconnect with your body and breath in a way that feels grounded and supportive.”
